Payment Terms and Billing

Program Fees and Payment

Payment for our training programs is due in full upon enrollment unless otherwise specified in your enrollment agreement. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Subscription Services

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By enrolling in a subscription service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription according to the cancellation procedures outlined in your subscription agreement.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund period from the date of enrollment for most programs. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@aiartist.com or by calling +1 (213) 842-9704. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds may be subject to administrative fees as outlined in your enrollment agreement.

Price Changes and Promotions

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing enrollments but will apply to future purchases and subscription renewals. Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions and may have limited availability.

Taxes and Additional Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees related to your purchase. Additional fees may apply for certain services or features as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

User Conduct and Acceptable Use
